Premier Partners earn 20% year 1, 15% year 2, and 10% lifetime on every Zambian SME they bring to ZamPay. Verified Partners earn 15% year 1 and 10% in years 2-3. Commissions are paid monthly via Mobile Money or bank transfer.

Premier Partners are typically HR specialists, accountants, business consultants, or audit firms with strong Zambian SME relationships — invited personally. Verified Partners are open to anyone with similar professional standing once applications open in Q3 2026.
Each partner gets a unique referral code (e.g. JOHN-2026) and a unique signup URL. New customers either enter the code at signup or click the link. Attribution is tracked for 90 days. Commission begins on day 31 (after the 30-day verification window).
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid on the 15th of the following month via MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, Zamtel Kwacha, or bank transfer (your choice). Minimum payout is K100 — below that, amounts roll forward.
Premier is invitation-only, capped at 10-12 partners, with lifetime 10% commission floor and additional benefits (free Business plan, paid blog posts, public spotlight). Verified is open enrollment with no cap on partner numbers and a 3-year commission window. Both earn well; Premier is the long-term, higher-touch relationship.
If they cancel within the first 30 days (verification window), no commission is paid. If they cancel after, you've earned commission for the months they paid — future commissions stop when they cancel.
For Premier and Verified, no cap on total commission. The commission rate steps down per the schedule, but there's no ceiling on number of referrals or total payout. For Customer Referrals, the cap is 12 months free per year (a year of free service maximum).
No. Premier and Verified Partners do not need to be ZamPay customers. You can refer businesses based on your professional credibility alone. (The Customer Referral mechanic is specifically for active ZamPay customers.)
No. Self-referrals are automatically rejected — entering your own referral code at signup will not generate commission.
